WDRA Member Excess Medical Program

An excess medical program is included as a part of all WDRA memberships.   As an excess policy, all other personal insurance limits are exhausted before the excess policy kicks in.  Highlights of the plan include:

$10,000 Accidental Death, $25,000 Dismemberment benefit to participant members injured at WDRA Member Tracks

$150,000 Accident Medical Expense benefit on an Excess basis to participant members injured at WDRA Member Tracks; $5,000 Accident Medical Expense benefit on an Excess basis to participant non-members injured at a WDRA member track *(unless State Specific requires benefits must be paid on a primary basis)

$200 Weekly Disability benefit payable up to 26 weeks.

Several different WDRA approved insurance companies provide coverage to WDRA tracks.  Should you have the need to file a claim, check with the track first to verify which insurance company they purchase insurance from or you can e-mail membership@racewdra and we will assist you in getting your claim started with the correct company.
